My journey to Legoland began when I first saw a commercial on The Lego Movie DVD, sparking my interest in this magical place. The advertisement portrayed Legoland as a fun-filled destination, igniting my desire to visit. After some research, I opted to visit the Legoland in Florida over the one in California due to its larger size and proximity. In 2017, I embarked on a memorable trip to Legoland Florida. Upon arriving at Legoland Florida, I couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation and excitement. However, my initial excitement was met with a hint of disappointment. Perhaps my expectations were set too high, envisioning a whimsical Lego fairy tale land. While the rides were enjoyable, they leaned towards the milder side, not quite matching the exhilaration I had anticipated. Despite this, I must clarify that Legoland Florida was far from being a disappointment; it simply fell short of the grandiose expectations I had set. Now, shifting focus to the accommodation, the hotel at Legoland Florida left a lasting impression on me. During my visit, the hotel was relatively new, boasting captivating designs and a vibrant atmosphere. The rooms exuded creativity, the lobby housed a giant Lego pit that added a playful touch to the ambiance, and the elevator rides were surprisingly fun, adding an element of excitement to the overall experience. The hotel at Legoland Florida quickly became one of my favorite accommodations, enhancing my overall stay. In conclusion, my time at Legoland Florida was a blend of excitement, anticipation, and a touch of surprise. While the theme park may not have entirely met my lofty expectations, the unique experiences, especially at the hotel, added a special charm to my visit. Legoland Florida may not have been a magical Lego fairy tale land, but it certainly left me with cherished memories and a newfound appreciation for the world of Lego.
